As a first-generation college student, doctoral student, and corporate America professional, she is on a mission to create what she wants to see—multicultural women in positions of power.
With 25+ years of experience as a human resources business partner, her expertise spans talent management, change management, and executive coaching. Dr. Simeon holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University and a master's in human resources from Fordham University.
Her guiding principle is Philippians 4:13, crediting her success to Jesus Christ. As a woman centered on faith, community involvement and charitable causes are central to Dr. Simeon's values. She served as treasurer on the board of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, where she helped their mission to magnify powerful women, conversations, and growth.
A native of Puerto Rico, Dr. Simeon now calls Texas home, where she resides with her family.
